2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use this platform.
By using SeekingMassages, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
3. Nature of Services and Membership
SeekingMassages:Provides an advertising and directory service only.
Offers monthly membership packages for massage therapists to showcase their profiles and gain exposure to potential clients on our platform.
Does not employ, manage, or control any therapists listed on the platform.
Is not involved in service delivery, scheduling, or payment processing between clients and therapists.
All agreements for massage services, including scheduling, location, and payment, are conducted privately and independently between the therapist and the client.
4. No Sexual Activity Policy
In compliance with 18 U.S. Code § 2421 (Mann Act) and international laws, SeekingMassages strictly prohibits:The promotion, suggestion, or provision of sexual services or any form of inappropriate, explicit, or illegal activity.
Any violation will result in immediate removal, permanent banning, and possible reporting to legal authorities. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for the protection of both therapists and clients.
5. User Conduct
All users agree to:Abide by all applicable laws including local licensing, health, and safety regulations.
Not engage in any form of fraud, harassment, or exploitation.
Treat all members of the SeekingMassages community with respect and professionalism.
Failure to comply may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
6. No Guarantees or Endorsements
SeekingMassages:Does not verify or guarantee the licenses, qualifications, or services of any therapist listed.
Does not endorse any specific therapist.
Is not responsible for any injuries, dissatisfaction, or financial disputes arising from services arranged independently between clients and therapists.
All users are responsible for performing their own due diligence.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, trademarks, logos, and materials on this site are protected by U.S. Copyright Law (Title 17) and international intellectual property laws.
No material may be copied, distributed, or used without written permission from SeekingMassages.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:SeekingMassages shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for membership services, if any, and does not extend to damages arising from independent service arrangements.
